The birth of an issue, bearing its preliminary idea and scope, which will be more and more established as it advances further in its life cycle.
2. Business Specification
The requirements are listed out along with the original needs and reasoning from the business point of view.
3. Technical Specification
Where we will define the test cases, as well as, a set of instructions that will provide a guideline on the technical side.
4. Development
The issue's specs and requirements are implemented as per what have been specified.
5. Review
This determines the validity and correctness of the development work done based on the business and technical specification done previously. At least 2 people are required for this step.
6. Done
When the implementation is finished and has passed all its tests, its issue will be marked as done, and wait for the release.
